The TPB Public Register

The Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) maintains a public register to help you:
  • Verify registered BAS agents and tax agents
  • Locate qualified practitioners in your area
  • Identify higher-risk cases where serious sanctions have been imposed

Making a Complaint

All complaints are assessed, with priority given to high-risk issues.

The TPB welcomes feedback about:

  • Registered tax practitioners not meeting standards
  • Unregistered preparers operating illegally

Professional Conduct Disclosure

To ensure full transparency, we are required to inform you of any matters that may influence your decision to engage our services.

As of 1 July 2022, there are no applicable disclosures affecting our registration or ability to provide tax agent services.

This means:

  • Our registration with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) is current and unconditional
  • We have no sanctions, suspensions, or disciplinary actions
  • We meet all professional standards and compliance requirements

Should any material changes occur, we will disclose them promptly as required by TPB.
